Monitoring and Evaluation

TheSurveys for Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) can be defined as an XForm and then download either to fieldTask (Android) or smapMobile (J2ME) phones. After the results have been collected they can be exported into a spreadsheet for analysis. The end-to-end process for completing a survey is shown in the following video.
